Hi...yes in case of uncontrollable diarrhea feeding can be stopped as measure to decrease the diarrhea...in your case diarrhea can be either due to feed having high osmolarity or due to infection or due to ongoing antibiotics...start on preprobiotics and start the feeding slowly...
