Hi

You should visit your doctor and an ultrasound is required to check the status.Any history of abdominal cramps or bleeding you should immediately visit your physician.

Around 1% of exposed fetuses develop fetal abnormalities associated with the use of misoprostol.

These abnormalities include Moebius syndrome, limb defects, club foot, central nervous system anomalies and anomalies involving the palate.

Anomaly scan can be taken at 18 to 21 weeks.Further evaluation should be done based on the presenting symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
