What Are The Side Effects Of Marijuana Usage?

I smoke weed regularly anywhere between 5-10 times a day usually. Since January my chest has felt tight and I've felt short of breathe. I'm now on adderall however I got on that prescription after my chest was already smoking weed and after my chest felt tight.
Would my chest tightness be caused by marijuana use? I don't regularly use tobacco but if I had to estimate how much I have since September I'd say that I've probably smoked around 10 packs probably. I'm showing signs of lymphoma and I don't know why because I hardly ever use tobacco.
So I guess what I'm getting at is, is my chest tightness from weed and am I going to be okay?

thanks for your query, marijuana and tobacco both can lead to respiratory problems, congestion in chest, a feeling of tightness and breathing problems. also, marijuana can lead to psychological problems so it is advised that you should avoid it totally.
