What Are The Side Effects Of Duphaston?

Hi, i have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and my gynae prescibed me Duphaston for 14days. I have taken Duphaston for many times and this is the first time my period has not arrived. my period usually will come 2days after last consumption of Duphaston (ie 26 Sept) but apparently it still did not arrive. My basal temp taken every morning rose up to a high level from 26 Sept onwards and remains elevated till 3 Oct. Have experience slight abdominal crampings as well. Had also conducted urine test on 2 Oct but did results show negative. Pls advise if this may be a sign of pregnancy or the effects of Duphaston? Thank you!
