What Are The Reasons Of Having Ear Burning Sensation With Pulsation And Elevated Enzyme Levels?

I am a 36 year old female that s been having these weird ear burning sensations with pulsation as well should I worry, I do have elevated enzyme levels. I would like to know if it s something I should worry about. My sister was diagnosed e few months ago with fibromuscular dysplasia should i worry?

Hello,
You should get an ENT consultation to get the middle part of ear problem ruled out.You might require hearing tests like pure tone audiometry and impedance audiometry.
Fibromuscular dysplasia will present with other features rather than ear problems in the begining but the ear pulsatile sensation should be ruled out. This could be because of infection .
