What Are The Reasons For Recurring Pain In Right Side Of Stomach And Rashes All Over Body Of A 12 Year Old Boy?

hello my name is mary and i have a 12 year old boy and he keeps on complaining of his right side hurting him all of the time and it has been hurting him for about 3 to 4 months off and on. And now he is saying it is hurting and he has a rash all over his body from head to toe and on his privet area as well. Do u know what this could be and why it is all ways hurting him
