Body Pain, Stomach Pain. Alcohol Poisoning?
My girlfriend said that her whole body hurts, and that her stomach hurts. She recently drank at a party, and I have no way of knowing exactly how much she drank... First thought i had was alcohol poisoning, what else could be making her feel like that? No one will take her to the hospital and im not in a position to where i can take her.

Since the abdominal pain occured after drinking, the two most likely causes are gastropathy or pancreatitis.
An upper GI endoscopy, serum amylase/lipase may be done for evaluation.
