hi im 19 i have tanned indoor for like 4 months and about 3 months later from quiting taning i come too see that i am getting medium and small spots on my belly and one on my leg the one on my leg has a full red color to it and small and round the ones in my belly were first two that looked like a rash then 2 more appreared and now another one they are a slight red with redder tinted flekles kindabut smooth surface and not icthy can it be cancer?
