What Are The Natural Alternatives To Heal My Vaginal Tissues After Radiation Treatment For Breast Cancer?
2 years ago I had breast cancer ; lumpectomy/radiation. declined tamoxifen; my risk for recurrence is 14%. I am 48 years old. I am now recovering from a different surgery: Prolapsed Pelvic organs were lifted through my vagina. My doctor is prescribing 2x a week . 625m Premarin cream to be inserted at night. She gave me an article from Dr. Oz that it would be ok for short time use of 3-6 months to help heal faster. I am extremely nervous to use the cream as I don t believe Dr. Oz is gosple. Maybe there are other natural alternatives to heal my vagina tissues faster. Help!

You are already on many surgeries, the present surgery is a major surgery, with more possibilities for recurance again.So every possibility is to be avoided.Hence the premarin cream might have been selected.There may be many substitutes, but it is the prefered.
It has many side effects, but all may not happen to every one. Any how decision is yours.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have blood, good health and resistance against the infections and promote the recovery.
