What Are The Causes Of Constipation, Bloody Mucus ,pressure In Rectum Area And Back Pain?
I am having colon/rectum issues. I can't go to the bathroom...it feels like I have to have a bowel movement nothing comes out but bloody mucus. There's a lot of pressure in the rectum area with lower back pain. Any thoughts on what this might be? I am scared to death.

From history it seems that you might be having acute gastro-intestinal infection, either bacterial or amebic.
Go for one course of Ofloxacilin, tinidazole combination medicine course for 3-5 days.
Within a day or two you will start getting normal formed stool.
Take light diet like curd, rice and buttermilk.
Ok and take care.
