Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain And Constipation

I need a pain medication that does not cause constipation. I have low back pain because I fell 5 days ago. I tried tramadol and since learned it causes constipation. I have also tried diclofenac which also causes constipation. Please tell me what I should take or do. I have already taken milk of magnesia and also am on probiotics which worked fine until I fell and now my body feels like rigormortis has set in.

Instead of looking around for pain medication i would suggest you to look into the cause of your back pain and get it treated as early as possible then automatically you will not be constipated take dulcolax syrup 2 tsp at night for constipation
