What Are The Causes Of Constant Nausea?

I have started waking up at night with vomit in the back of my throat, no reaching its just there, bitter and gritty, then i spend ages by the toilet feeling like im going to vomit. every time i swallow the bile vomit is in the back of my throat. what could be wrong? I am taking venaflaxine and omeprazole but have been on both for some time

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that the most near cause of vomiting could be the hyperacidity and the best option to managed this is Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Tab Domperidone at evening time, take care and have a nice day.
