What Are The After Effects Of PCOS?

Hi i recently had a scan that confirmed i have pcos. I am nervously waiting to see my gp regarding how they will treat me. the condition is causing me lots of pain atm and im just wondering how this can be treated. i am desperate for a baby but am concerned i wont ever be able to concieve . is this the case ?
