Hello,

This seems to be drug induced Hypoglycemia.
Initially for few days monitor your blood sugar FBS and PPBS.
The dose of OHA's are increased and it is not advisable to skip any meal to control blood sugar.
Frequent small meal will help you to overcome this hypoglycemia.
More short acting or other groups of OHA's may be tried.
