Weak, Fatigued, Dizziness, Nausea, Headaches, Smelling Sense Increased. Possible Cause?

I ve been feeling extremely weak, fatigued, have many dizzy spells and have little spurts of nausea even though I have not physically gotten sick. I also have headaches in the back of my head down my neck . My sense of smell today has increased significantly... I can smell things feet away and it s making me gag almost. I m on my period now so I don t believe I m pregant.

Thanks for the query.
If you had unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation and if your period is abnormal, like scanty flow or only spotting etc. then there is some possibility for pregnancy.
But just by symptoms we cannot come to one conclusion regarding pregnancy.
So you once consult gynecologist, get examined to rule out the possibility of pregnancy.
And then check for hemoglobin levels, blood sugar levels. If needed take the consultation of ENT doctor. By this possibly the cause for your problem can be made out.
