Was On Microgynon, Switched To Yas, Having Dramatic Hair Loss.
Hi, I was on Microgynon 30 for about 8-9 years with no problem but I switched to Yas from a doctors recommendation and was on that for 6 months when I noticed dramatic hair loss. It was shedding rapidly so I decided to come off all contraceptive pills . That was about 3 years ago and my hair is still coming out in clumps and so much thinner and more brittle than before. Should I go back on Microgynon 30?

Hi yes oral contraceptives are the commonest etiology for hair loss because they contain larger amount of estrogen..as microgyon caused less hair loss.switch to this drug .aand use of follihair tablet daily once and application of manexil gel 2 percent twice daily and use of scalpe lotion twice a week can cure hairloss
