Was Having Successful Sex, Pain And Bloating During Sex Especially In Rough Style. Reason?

Hi! I'm 58 yrs old male an my girlfriend is 47.
We are together from over 8 years and we used
to have a lot of sex, long sex and 3-4 times a day.
Everything was wonderful, she was getting orgasms
very easy ... one time she got 10 one after the other.
But starting two years ago everything went bad as she gets
pain and bloated during and after sex, especially if is rough
or doggy style. Why all this? Now the sex is a nightmare for
both of us.

Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

If you and you and your partner have had good sex in the past and your problems have started since two years then we need to focus on any medical or psychological event that might have occurred to her.

As she is in the perimenopausal age or must have had menopause, there are a lot of hormonal imbalances that occur in all women at that age. Along side the lubrication of the vagina also decreases and so does the chemical environment. That was the physical part. Now, there are also certain mood changes that occur in almost every woman during menopause. This is due to the effect of changes in sex hormones.

I suggest she talks to a gynecologist and takes necessary treatment in the form of lubrication jelly and/ or hormone replacement and you both may attend a sex therapy session together if felt necessary.

Hope this helps
