Vomiting, Weight Loss, Stomach Problem. Endoscopy, Ultrasound, Liver Test Shows High Sugar Level. Help

hello.. my wife is suffering by stomach problem from last 3-4 months. All the tests like endoscopy, ultrasound, liver test etc done but nothing wrong diagnosed except sugar level is little bit high. She is not able to digest anything even water. Please help me in this regard. till now three doctors has been changed but no relief. she is vommitting 12-15 times in a day & lost 8-10 kg weight in last 1-month. Her age is 28.
Plz help if possible by mentioning good doctor in Delhi NCR.

If I were the treating doctor of your wife for this severe vomiting I would come up with these possibilities , these includes.
1 Diabetic acidosis , diagnosis can be confirmed by H B A 1 C , blood sugar level and acidic level . As you mentioned in the query that she lost 10 kg weight within one month , so serious .
2 The next reason may be pancreatic carcinoma , diagnosis can be confirmed by M R I of pancreas with ultrasound ( emphasis over pancreas ) . Any abnormality in pancreas causes diabetes as well as recurrent vomiting.
In my opinion please consult a diabetologist and get his opinion .One more indication of diabetes is that in spite of recurrent vomiting her blood sugar level is high .
