Hello dear,
HIV infection is spread through body fluids like blood, semen, etc & not through the bed and other materials.
The HIV virus cannot survive for a longer time outside the body.
The risk of getting infected is present if:
1. Your partner is a case of HIV
2. There is any cut/raw surface on your organ or on her hands through which the infection can be transmitted
If the above mentioned criteria are not present, then there is no need to worry about getting the infection.
In case you are in doubt, I advise you to undergo certain tests like p24 assay or PCR for HIV.
These tests become positive within a week and are almost 100 % sensitive.
Even the presence of a single virus in the body can be detected by PCR.
So, if this test comes negative, you can be sure that you are safe.
Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
