Hi, Thanks for posting your query to HCM. It seems from your query that your are suffering from the problem of simple viral infection. All the symptoms enumerated by you are just the manifestation of simple seasonal viral infection only and not of any type of sexually transmitted disease as herpes or yeast infection. In herpes we see multiple fluid filled vesicles around mouth or genital area. These vesicles burst up in day and leave behind raw area with pain and irritation. In yeast infection at vagianl site there is presence of curd like discharge and lot of irritation at the area. So the sensation of burning while peeing and vaginal itch could be only related to simple urinary tract infection which is quite common if you are not drinking adequate water. For the improvement take good bed rest for at-least 2-3 days and drink a lot of liquids ( 2-3 liters) per day. Hope these informations are helpful.
