Hello and welcome to HCM.

Thank you for your query.

From your urine analysis, it appears as though you are suffering from a urinary tract infection (UTI). The proof for this is the presence of 4-6/hpf and the bacteria in your urine. I wish to ask: was there any clinical indication for the urine analysis (i.e. did you have any symptoms?) or was this seen in a routine check up?

I would recommend you to visit your doctor who will initiate a course of antibiotics, pain management medication (if pain is present) and a urine alkalizer.

In the meantime, please drink plenty of water and cranberry juice, which will help reduce/relieve you of your symptoms (if present).

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications. I would gladly help you.

Best wishes.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.

Color light yellow ( normal0
Transparency Slightly turbid ( normally urine is transparent but slightly turbid is not abnormal because it depends ,what type of fluid ,you have taken 12 hours before tests).
Specific gravity 1.010 ( specific gravity of first two morning sample should reach 1.020, so slightly low ,but not to worry because it also depends upon water taken 2-3 hours before test.)
As specific gravity of 1.025 in a urine free of protein INDICATES good renal function.
pH less than 7 so it is normal in your case. ( 6 in your case)
R B C 0-1( normal)
Pus cells 4-6 /hpf( 0-5 normal , but in your case it is also normal)
Epithelial cells few ( 0-5 normal so there are normal in your case)
Bacteria few ( normally few bacteria are commonly present in urine so it is normal)
Urates rare (nil normally)
M. threads few ( normal)
At present in my opinion your's urine test report above mentioned is normal ,so no cause of concern.
Hope I have answered your query.
If further any question I will be happy to help.
Good luck
Dr.HET
