Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Upper right pain is very characteristic for gallstones. Especially if it radiates to the back. Loose stool sometimes associate gallstones. The pain usually radiates to the back. It can be triggered by a fatty foods, spicy foods or alcohol. Nausea and vomiting can be present.

I suggest you to have abdominal ultrasound and if gallstones will be confirmed, laparoscopucal surgery should be done. In a meanwhile please avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, alcohol.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
