Unsteady Periods, Fatigue, Diagnosed With Endometriosis After Checking Heart Rate. Opinion?

I'm twenty years old and have had my period for almost three months now. it is very unsteady, sometimes I bleed heavy amounts, others it's little. But it leaves me feeling fatigue, and unclean. I saw a doctor and he said I had endometriosis. But he only said that after I told him my problem and he checked my heart rate. Would you say that is correct?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, You are 20 years , had period since 3 months, the causes could be anemia, infection, and irregularities of uterus, like fibroids, endomatriosis etc.
I advise you to consult a gynacologist for diagnosis and treatment. I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe Fluconazole, cefixime, and hematinics. Thank you.
