Hello. To know more exactly the diet that you should take, is necessary to analyze the stones that have been extracted to know his composition. ¿stone analysis was done?Kidney stones can be of cholesterol, uric acid, calcium .... Measuring the levels of these substances in blood and urine calcium level is also necessary. Sometimes the patient has kidney stones by abnormalities in their urinary tract, regardless of their intake and blood levels. It is generally recommended to avoid foods high in cholesterol, uric acid and calcium, drink lots of water and avoid excessive water loss (for example with sweating after intense physical exercise) I wish you good health.
