Uncomfortable Feeling In Hands And Feet, Getting Worse. What Could Be This?

my hands and feet have been "feeling uncomfortable" for about six weeks, its not really painful but they appear to be getting worst. At first I thought I was over doing the house work and yard work but even after taking it easy these last few days the feeling in my hands and feet is still present. Not everyday but more often then in the past

hello there
the description of your complaints is not complete, you need to ask yourself regarding the nature of the uncomfortable feeling, is it numbness you are having, is it pins and needle sensation, is it associated with thinning of your hands or legs, is it stiffness, are you able to do all your regular activities, is there any radiating pain in the back or the neck, are you a diabetic or hypertensive. a more detailed evaluation is needed as your complaints are progressive, it would be best to consult a neurologist

Hello,

Your have not specified the uncomfortable feel as pain or any burning sensation.

If the pain or numbness are present even at rest then it may be due to any neurovascular condition like neuropathy or TAO.

You may need a neurovascular assessment of your lower limbs like Doppler scan and nerve conduction studies.

Consult your doctor in this regard.
