Hi Doc, we ve been trying to make a baby since jan. We had sex during my ovulation from the 12 - 13 day of ovulation which my last period was on the 22nd of feb. My next periods were due on the 17th March. I have a 5 day cycle but this time the just came for 1 and half day then after it was brown spotting for 3 following days. Could I be pregnant?

Hello
Thanks for your query.
An irregular period could be indicative of an early pregnancy, a failed pregnancy or an ectopic pregnancy.
Please take a home urine pregnancy test to rule out these conditions.
Also, for help in conception, please consult a doctor.
You need to have your baseline hormonal profile done.
Also, your ovulation has to be confirmed by serial follicular monitoring.
Semen analysis of your partner should be done.
If all else is normal, you would need to assess patency of your fallopian tubes.
Meanwhile, continue taking folic acid supplements, and maintain a healthy BMI.
Take care.
