Ultrasound Done. What Does This Mean? Anything To Worry?

I have the ultrasound done on June 20th. the report says that the right ovary measures 3.3 X 2.3 X 2.0 cm and the left measures 2.3 X 1.9 X 1.6 cm. small follicles are present in the ovaries. no Adnexal mass or free pelvic fluids are identified. the uterus is normal size and anteverted with longitudinal dimension of 10 .0 cm. the endometrial complex is thickened up to 2.4 cm and appears heterogenous in texture suggesting presence of blood products. the bladder is physiologically distend with prevoid volume of approximately 315 cc. the bladder wall is not thickened. no bladder mass or abnormal calcification is identified. bilateral urinary jets are observed by color Doppler evaluation. there is a complete bladder emptying following voiding.

Hi,
Thank you for choosing Healthcaremagic. Your endometrial thickness is abnormal, you need urgent endometrial biopsy to look for any abnormality. If that is nomal i.e. hyperplasia without atypia then you can be managed with progesterone. Your further management depends on this histopathology report.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. In case of any doubt, I will be available for follow-ups. If you like my answers kindly rate it, and write a review as well. Please do not forget to accept it.
Thank you,
Wish you good health.
Regards,
Dr Arif
