Hi ! As you said in your history, you feel like you have to eat. This is a typical of a peptic ulcer the pain and discomfort of which are relieved with intake of food due to dilution of the acid. This is why people with peptic ulcer also gain some weight as they eat frequently to get relief of the pain. You may have to consult a gastro enterologist who may advise you for a upper gastro intestinal endoscopy.Till that you may start taking some proton pump inhibitor drug and some kind of prokinetic drugs to control your symptoms which may be required for a longer period.
WIshing you an early recovery.
