If she has no urine for 18 hours, this is life threatening kidneys failure which should be treated in the hospital as soon as possible. Her urine analysis indicates urinary tract infection what can be just a result of dehydration. And dehydration can be the reason of kidney failure.
I suggest her to visit a doctor as soon as possible. Blood work, abdominal ultrasound should be done. Catheter should be inserted in her urinary bladder. Antibiotics are also necessary.
Hope this will help. Regards.
