Your above said report is positive for Typhoid fever. Any value which is 4times the normal value (20) indicates positive test. So you needs to get treated for that by a proper antibiotic course and certain precautions like:
1. Take diet in small multiple doses.
2. Always take fresh and light food.
3. Take fruits and green vegetables as much as you can.
4. Drink plenty of water.
5. Can take energy drinks.
6. Take complete rest for few days.
