Typhoid fever, weakness. Prescribed desatax-xl. Widal test report done. Cure?
Hello sir, i am 22 year old. i was contracted by typhoid fever 2nd last week.my widal test report shows s. typhi H 1:160 , i have consulting with doctor & he did recommend me desatax-xl .i had use that tablet for 1 week and i feel better but now again same type of feeling except fever. i also feel so much week. please suggest me right solution..

As you have already taken antibiotic for typhoid for one week. Watch for fever and take adequate nutrition. If you have any doubt then repeat the widal test, a same or falling titre will suggest adequate treatment.
