Tube removed after an ectopic pregnancy. Spotting instead of periods, pain in the arm and pain. Why?

Hi, I had ectopic pregnancy one month back where doctors have removed my left side tube. I have my period due and i only had little spotting thats it and my left arm and left leg are having pain. I am now scared of being pregnant once again and the symptons are same like ectopic pregnancy. If i am not pragnant then why i am having this pains only one side. Please let me know. Thank you..
