Trying To Conceive, Abdominal Pain, Cramps, Watery Vaginal Discharge. Pregnancy Symptoms?
Hi Dr! i m 25yrs of age, me and my husband are trying for baby since last six months. This month i m expecting my period after 5 days i.e on 13th but since 31st, i m experiencing mild on and off abdominal cramp especially at nights. At first i thought it s just ovulation pain which usually for me, lasts only for few hrs or for a day. But this time i have been experiencing the cramps since 31st till date and now i have watery vaginal discharge too. Is it something to worry about or am i pregnant?

Thanks for the query.
Abdominal cramps, excessive vaginal discharge etc can be seen as part of premenstrual syndrome.
If you had unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation then the possibility of pregnancy is also there.
So if you miss your period on expected date better to go for blood test for pregnancy if not wait for 4 to 5 days and go for urine test which will possibly detect the presence of pregnancy.
From now onwards you start taking folic acid, multi vitamins and minerals tablets.

We should be positive .
May be you have conceived as during pregnancy there is increased blood supply to genital tract which causes vaginal discharge.
Till now you may have periods, if not do urine pregnancy test ,and tell the result .
