Trigestrel Pills Causing Weight Loss, Decrease In Breast Size. Would Skipping Those Pills Stop Menstruation Cycle?
Hi i have been on trigestrel pills for more than 2yrs now.What i have noticed is that my weight and breast size decreases when i take the red pills which i found out now that they are inactive pills.Would it be harm if i skip those red pill to keep my weight and breast size to increase.Would skiping those red pills stop my mentruation cycle which would be great for me.

The inactive pills are just placebo- they do not contain any hormones. They just aid to help to remember to continue taking the medication and help to remember when to start the next pack.
The weight gain and increase in breast size that occur at this point is due to the hormonal changes in the menstrual cycle as menstruation is about to begin.
If you want to stop your menstrual cycles there are options available such as seasonique , depoprovera, implanon.
Seasonique contains the same components as the pill you are using. It is taken for 3 months without a break so that the female has only 4 periods a year.
You can speak to your doctor to find out if the dosage is the same, if it is then your doctor may suggest using it to help reduce your menstruation.
