Psychiatrist 's  Response
HI
Thanks for using healthcare magic

Difficulty in falling sleep and maintaining sleep, feeling tirdeness. bodyache etc are towards underline depression. You should consult a psychiatrist for proper mental status examination. You need some low dose antidepressant or benzodiazepine that would help you to get sound sleep and will relax your mind.

Thanks
