Treatment For Bloated Abdomen, Anal Mucus Discharge, Cramps, Nausea?

I am 33 with a history of stomach bleeding and I have recently been constipated for the last few days. I am almost positive I have internal hemmeroids and or an anal fissure. I am experiencing a mucus like discharge whenever I try to make a bowel movement, which is unsuccessful btw, but the mucus smells like fish extremely bad. Also my abdomen feels bloated as though I have gas, cramping feeling accompanied by nausea and a lump in my throat which I usually associate with gerd. Please help me with some sound advice because I keep reading dozens of different possibilities online and I can't come up with a valid explanation or at least a sensible conclusion. Thanks in advance

Hi.
Just stop following something on line. You would be more confused.
IT is better to consult a Gastro Doctor who would examine you , do Colonoscopy and other investigations as per your history and His findings.
From your history I think you need a course of a good antibiotic and metronidazole to start with. Do not jump to conclusions , go for a proper examination .
