Transvaginal Sonography Reports Some Problem. Awaiting Papsmear Result. What Are The Findings And Required Treatment?
Hi I am Sunrise B. Tumanda from Philippines, 28 yrs.old, based on the result of my Tranvaginal Sonography recently the said pertinent data indicated in here 1. Uterus:4.20x4.60x3.80 anteverted 2. Endomitrium: Thick 1.17 cm. Hyper -Echo compatible with Secretory-like phase of menstrual cycle 3.Adnexae Rigth Ovary 4.30x3.30x3.20 cm.located Posterolateral to uterus Dominants follicles:there are multiple (>12)immature subscapular follicles noted on each ovary. Abnormalities noted: Left Ovary 4.20x4.10x2.60cm located Poslateral to uterus 4. Cervix 3.30x3.00x3.40 Nabothian cyst: Diagnosis: nORMAL sIZED ANTEVERTED UTERUS WITH THICK SECRETORY-LIKE ENDOMITRIUM.ENDOMETRI THICKNESS= 1.17CM.pOLYCYSTIC oVARIES. My concern is, how far it will be treated?or what treatment would prefer for me?this result is have'nt yet read my OB-GYNE cause i have to wait my papsmear result.Please i need your suggestion on this concern? Me and my husband longing for a baby as soon as possible my condition treated.Thank you a lot
Hi Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern Mam, your imaging report does not indicates any obvious abnormality that could need any treatment, such ovarian cysts are common and does not required any specific treatment so in my opinion no need to worry you are really doing fine and every thing will be fine in future too, take care of your self and have good day.
