Took Gastritis Pills For Abortion. Bleeding, Waist And Back Hurting. Possibility Of Pregnancy Not Terminated?

I am worried for my coworker. She is 9 weeks pregnant and she went to Mexico to get gastritis pills for abortion. She called letting me know she's bleeding and her waist and back are hurting to the point where she cannot work. Is that normal and is there a possibility that the pregnancy was not terminated and fetus damages due to pills?!

HI,
I am not aware / nor I could search about the Gastritis pills available in Mexico, what are it's ingredients & it's mode of action to terminate pregnancy.
But as a general rule, Bleeding/pain stops after complete abortion by any means,( All products of conception are expelled out.)
Your cow worker seems to have either incomplete abortion or impending abortion. Please advice her to consult a Gynecologist immediately. She needs a prompt treatment to complete the process. to remain at home with profuse bleeding & pains is risky.
Thanks
