Tiredness, Colon Pain, Diarrhoea, Excessive Hunger, Pain Moving To Back. Treatment Options?

Hello Dr. My wife is positive to TB and she gets sleepy and tired a lot and recently she is having a colon pain in her left side and when she had diarrhea due to eating too much grapes. She is complaining whatever she eats, she feels hungry. and with the colon pain which the pain was moving to her back and toward her spine . What do you think she should do? Thanks. Sincerely

Hi

If she is on anti tuberculosis treatment, regaining appetite is common


It is a good sign and will help her in recovery.


Hope she does not have intestinal lesion .


I also assume she' s not diabetic.
