Hello,

Those symptoms suggest degenerative spine disease (spondylosis, etc.).

In cases like yours, clinical evaluation by a spine Specialist and tests such as x-rays, MRI of the spine, and blood tests for inflammation levels, are necessary to achieve a correct diagnosis.

Only after a correct diagnosis, the treatment possibilities are clear.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
