hi, on friday i developed some tiny red spots on the inside of my forearms, lots across my chest and neck and a few on my chin . The spots itch like mad, they re small and raised and vary in size. I do not have pets so don t suspect fleas Thanks

From your description it seems that you are having an allergic dermatitis or eczema. A direct examiation by a dermatologist is essential for proper diagnosis.
Meanwhile you can take an anti allergic like cetrizine or fexofenadine orally and apply a steroid based antiseptic ointment locally.
