Tingling Penis, Discharge Feeling. Done STD Test. Cause?

I went and got a full std test done yesterday but I wanted your opinion I have no bumps, sores or anything like that but I do get a slight tingling feeling in my penis every so often and sometimes I feel like my penis is discharging something but when I check nothing is there and my gf went to see her gyno and he tested her and everything came back negative, any idea what might be the cause of this?

Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

The possibility of fungal infection persists even if the tests for bacterial or viral infection are negative. STD test screens for common bacterial and viral infections. Sometimes tingling sensation in penis can also be due to sexual excitement which can be involuntary in nature.

If your partner has been cleared of any STD infection, you do not have any infection if having a single partner. I would suggest you have a single partner and use condoms and indulge in protected sex regularly.

Hope this helps
