Tingling And Numbness In Hands And Fingers, Difficulty In Sleeping. Taking Low Dose Of Betablocker, Antidepressant. Remedy?

I have been experiencing tingling and numbness in my hands and fingers on a regular basis.I also have difficulty sleeping as I start to itch all over - this has been for some time. Do I need to check with the Doctor ?I am 63 and have been taking a low dosage of betablocker for decades and a low dosage of anti depressant.

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

You are already taking medicines for depression and blood pressure for long. That means it is possible that the body has some resistance built up against the anti-depressant. I suggest you should consult psychiatrist for further advice. You might be suffering from Somatoform disorder. You need psychotherapy associated with meditation for proper cure. Itching and tingling are associated with psychic troubles. Ignore them for few days and they vanish.
