Throbbing headache above the ear, pain increases on bending down. Cause of concern?

hi, I have some throbbing head ache at the right side of my head and just above the ear with fast heart beat. It happens for some times and it goes away. When i have this head ache , i am unable to do any work.... Particularly , if i bend down, my head ache increases. The head ache is very sharp and only at that point.... Please help. i am deeply worried
