Throat pain, nausea, excessive sweating at night. Causes for symptoms?

I have bad pains in my throat when setting down and laying down seems to be getting worse and some morning I wake up feeling sick nausea feeling last half day then goes away and I sweat really bad some nights while sleeping like wake up everything soaked an im hot under covers take um off im freezing what s wrong with me

as per the details u have submitted , its really hard to come to conclusion about the diagnosis and nature of the problem..symptoms are vague and non-specific .

most propable diagnosis is PHARYNGITIS. i advise u to consult ENT specialist.
