Thirsty all the time. Is it diabetes ?

Hi, I m thirsty all the time. i m 17 and I have been reading on the internet that I might have diabetes though my family has no such medical history . Could this be part of growing up? I am hungry sometimes too.

usually one gets thirst it is normal,and to take more water is also good for body. but as you have are very hungry sometime,simple solution to get rid of your problem is simple,you get your blood tested to rule out diabetes.
if you have habit of chewing of gutkha or pan then also you become thirsty.
