Thick, White Vaginal Discharge. Urine Test Shows Low Protein. Yeast Infection?

Hi lately my pee has been dark yellow and my vaginal discharge has been thick and white colours. A couple months ago my doctor suggested to see me because one of my kidneys is smaller than the other one and when I did a pee test it showed low protein in my urine which concerned him. This has also been affecting my sex life with my boyfriend because of my thick discharge and bitter taste. Do I have a yeast infection or is this something more?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Yes, there is possibility of some vaginal infection.
You once consult gynecologist and get examined.
If she suggests you can go for culture and sensitivity.
With this the possible causative organism of your discharge and its sensitivity to drugs can be identified and treatment can be given accordingly.
Both partners to be treated simultaneously and till completion of treatment better to maintain abstinence.
