Hi You seem to have two problems. One is that of excessive dandruff. Second problem is that of alopecia . Now for the dandruff, you should use an anti dandruff shampoo continuously. Use it atleast twice a week. Avoid hair oil as far as possible. Sometimes even courses of oral antifungals are required in severe cases. The second problem is that of alopecia areata. Now even this is a totally treatable skin condition in which steroids have to be given. These can be given as creams, as injections or orally.
