The Periods Have Began Early For The First Along Excessive Bleeding And Pain. Had C Sections And Tubal. What To Do?
I started my period early for the first time in 27 yrs I'm 38 yrs old. I started when I was 11 and have been regular since the beginning. Not only did I start early this month but I am bleeding so irradically I put a tampon on and do not bleed at all and then wear only a panty liner and gush every where. Plus I have very sharp pain!! I have had three c sections and a tubal.

Although the failure rate of tubal ligation is very low i.e. 0.1-0.5%, it increases if ligation is done with c-section. So, in my opinion, you should first of all rule out pregnancy with the help of urine pregnancy test kit/ serum beta HCG.

This early period, severe pain and profuse bleeding could be cause by so many different things. Fibroids, ovarian cysts or even a pregnancy though less likey because of you tubal ligation are possible causes.
It warrant and ER visit to avoid getting into a hypovolemic shock. The cause need to be identifies and treated promptly to avoid complications.
