Hi, Welcome to HCM, After going through your history, your problem may be related to physical that is local or it could be related to psychological.
You have tried enough and should take professional help with examination by a Gynecologist to rule out any structural abnormality,if anything is there it can be treated. if everything is fine then you will be required to consult Psychiatrist or Sexo;ogist to findout if it is related to Vaginismus in which there is severe spasm which becomes painful that it prevents successful sex. You may need proper psychotherapy and if required medications to help you relax.
Hope this information is useful. Please take care.
Good Luck. Dr.Akhilesh Dubey M.D.
